Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the assistance service offered by India eArrival Card, published by SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT SOP LTD, for the preparation and submission of the e-Arrival Card required for entry into India.
2. Service description
India eArrival Card offers optional, paid assistance: verification of the information entered, submission support, file follow-up and customer support until receipt of the QR code. This service is separate and independent from the official process, which remains free on the Indian government portal (indianvisaonline.gov.in/earrival).
3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Payment is due immediately upon ordering and processed by our payment provider, SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT SOP. Other currencies may be offered at checkout.
4. Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (identity, passport, travel details). India eArrival Card cannot be held responsible for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Performance and timing
The processing times announced for each plan are indicative and depend on the client's responsiveness in providing the requested information, as well as the availability of the official Bureau of Immigration portal, over which India eArrival Card has no control.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the client's prior express agreement and waiver of this right. By placing an order, the client expressly requests that performance of the service begin before the withdrawal period expires.
7. Liability
India eArrival Card implements the means necessary for the proper performance of the assistance service, but does not guarantee approval of the e-Arrival Card, which is the sole decision of the Indian Bureau of Immigration.
8. Refunds
In the event of an error attributable to India eArrival Card that prevented the proper submission of your file, a refund may be offered after review of the request. Contact support@e-visa.online for any complaint.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the site (text, logo, layout) is the property of SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT SOP LTD and may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
